ProPoints Third time lucky - my WW journey!

I can bake too. Haven't baked in ages though. Need some WW friendly recipes.. :eek:

Multi Talented Jane!!! I just adapt normal recipes. Have tried a few WW Recipes but not too keen on them if I'm honest) x

40g porridge oats made on water = 4PP
Sweetener = 0PP
Stewed apple = 0PP
15g honey = 1PP
I'm off for my walk now - will be earning 3AP for my 6km :)

It's sometimes not as much as you think, my Muffins range from 5 to 7 each and that's using 'proper' ingredients, nothing low fat! Enjoy your walk :) x

Carrot = 0PP
Mince = 7PP
Dessert - Stewed apple + yoghurt = 2PP

Option + extra PP for milk = 2PP

All daily PPs used
5AP earned
1 weekly used
 
How much milk do you put into your option?I always just use water but its prob way nicer with milk

I never actually measure tbh, maybe about 50ml? I always count an extra PP for milk that I use during the day and it seems to cover it.

Today so far..

Breakfast:
40g cereal = 4PP
100ml skimmed milk = 1PP
Banana = 0PP

Snack:
Berries = 0PP
6km walk = 3AP earned

Just about to go have lunch:
WW wrap = 3PP
Ham = 1PP
Salad etc = 0PP
Tomato puree = 1PP
20g low fat grated cheese = 2PP
Dessert = strawberries, blueberries and raspberries with a WW vanilla yoghurt = 1PP
 
All my hard work paid off, I lost the 2lbs that I gained last week so I'm back on track! :D

Onwards and downwards! :D

Oh thank you :) I never normally count my weeklies that I use for my treat but this week I did :)

I have an Option every night around 9-10pm when I'm watching TV :)

Options have been my saviour for the last few weeks :)

Normally I wouldn't use too many weeklies during the week, I'd use them for my treat. Think something has clicked in my brain and I've started using 1 or 2 here and there. :)
