Hey all! Back again on third attempt. 1st attempt last summer, 12st 1 - 10st 7 2nd attempt a few months back 12st 10 - 11st 7 ( I seem to go back to my old eating habits!!) So here I am again 3rd time, and weighing in at....12st 2! Had some pics taken of me yesterday at a day out, needless to say I was not happy! Have some shakes and bars left over so am starting today Day 1! My mistake on the second attempt was not drinking enough water! So going to change that! Feeling so motivated Wishing everyone Luck on their journey!
