Third week on WWs - need some encouragement - NEW FOOD DIARY :)

My name is Helen :) I'm 33 and I have struggled with my weight for years, tried the Cambridge and lost three stone but put it all back on and more! Also tried Diet Chef and Exante but I wasn't really committed. I saw the Weight Watchers adverts and I liked the idea of the ProPoints.

This is my third week on the diet. I lost almost 5lb the first week, but saw that drop to just under a 1lb the second week, probably due to a night out on the town and a sneaky takeaway! I am now really focused and thought a good way of seeing those numbers drop would be to create a food diary.

So here it is. Oh I think my weight tracker is on the blink - can anyone recommend a good site for them? I am on 31pps a day and 49pps weekly.

Special K and soya milk - 4pps
Superfood salad and sweet potato wedges - 4pps
WWs cheese and onion quiche, salad and salad cream - 8pps
Fruit juice - 1pp
Edamame beans - 3pps
Ryvita Thins multi-seed flatbread - 1pp

= 21pps
=1/49pps

I can't eat anything else now as I have a blood test tomorrow morning which I have to fast for. I know it is important to use all your points though, and I normally do. I only have 1 weekly point left! :)

I am an Online member too but I am a Dutch online member. So far the only difference I have found between the UK and The Netherlands are the foods that are in the app haha :) So thats good.
 
So haven't been keeping up with this diary as been too busy. I lost 4.1lbs this week though and that was using quite a lot of weekly points too. I have worked out if i can lose 2lb a week i will be at my goal weight at the end of October, so not too bad. I have lost 9.1lbs in total so far.

Today i had:

Breakfast: belvita yoghurt crunch - 6

Lunch: food doctor pitta bread - 4
Mini hummous pot - 3
Peach - 0
WWs hula hoops - 2

Snacks: dairylea dunkers - 3
Jaffa cake - 1
Banana - 0

Dinner will be - WWs roasted veg pasta - 6
WWs garlic naan - 3

Which leaves me with 3 points leftover.

I don't feel deprived at all. I love WWs!
