I just want to say that over the 3 weeks Ive been on the SW plan this forum has been my absolute life line
I get inspiration at group but you people on here have given me sooooo much more.
Tips, recipes, boosts in confidence and the belief that I CAN do this.

Aww, I totally agree Jen! This place has helped me so so much. Its just great to know there are other people going through the same things as you, and you can moan about anything! Also all the recipe ideas are fab!

Exactly - It makes me realise that Im not the only person in the world who feels the way I do and that other people are willing to give their time to help me!
A member on here actually bought an extra of something i couldnt find at my local shop and allowed me to send money to her via paypal and posted it to me - How kind is that!
