Well after 9 weeks of messing around (3 offplan at xmas) I have lost 6.5Ibs which all things considered isn't that bad but enough is enough I am restarting today and this weeks target is to stay on plan 100% all week.
I have just had the good news that after 6 months I can go back to work on Monday so hopefully this will help keep me on track and at least it is some exercise,just hope my knee is as good as the specialist says it is lol.
