please dont desert my thread tho! as im only trying it for a week n then hoping for a decent loss to kick start me back onto propoints!!!
we shall see how it goes... watch this space!!!

tomorrow consists of a shake, a piece of fruit, a shake, another snack (maybe tuna/cheese) n then a chicken salad on evening :)
all set and ready to roll!!!!

Good on you Shez I think a week or two like on celebrityslim is a great idea to get you back in the flow. Defo intrigued now as to how you get on x

Good luck with the celebrity slim hopefully it will kick start the loss again :) Don't think I could manage living on the shakes no willpower x

i dont see it as much of a difference to me as i dont have breakfast anyway, i have a piece of fruit around half 10, then only have a small lunch like chicken salad or soup, n then my meals on the night
and this is shake snack shake snack meal :)

no just gonna do celebslim for 1 week, no point pointing really as il possibly be eating less than 29 points?
 
ok so worked out my celebslim day to propoints -
shake - 5
orange - 0
shake - 5
tuna - 2
chicken salad - 6
total - 18!
 
B interesting to see if u loose more on less pp as ww say u need at least 26 a day, (this isnt meant in a mean way just curious) :-D

so today has gone well :)
n im actually not hungry!!!
found it hard to wake up n have my 1st shake tho as i dont do bfast so had it around 10, apple at 1, 2nd shake at 3, stick of celery at 4, just chopped my salad n now waitin for my chicken to cook :)
but ive just this second sat down after a huge spring clean since 10 o clock this morn!!!

and also i use my points on alcohol too, where does it state 26 points on food??
 
Oh good luck for the rest of the week! Id be tempted for a bit of a clense, when you see how much less food you need it might help portions when back to ww cx
