This is what happens when you don't plan...

I had a horrible day yesterday..

Had to go out of town, was running late so I skipped breakfast..
By noon I was starving.. Finished what I had to do, but didn't have time to stop to eat.. So went in a cafe, grabbed a salad with no dressing and had lettuce and cucumber and cherry tomatoes like chips when i was driving..

I reached home by 6.30 p.m. and had to be at a charity event at 7, so I just walked the dogs for 15 minutes and got dressed and left.. Starving again of course..
They were serving only small canapes, I went for them of course.. I had a few with smoked salmon, which whould equal to 2 slices of bread I guess:( Thinking how I messed up and stopping there would be nice, but I didn't and had a piece of desert:mad:

Today I am 500 grams heavier than yesterday of course..

Lesson learned once again..

Don't panic - it happens to us all from time to time - have a pp day and go back to cruise, and the gain should reverse iteslf quickly. It's mostly water.
