God my mh has taken a battering. My team don't know what to do wit me. I am really strugglying they are calling daily.

I am 21.10 on my scales i haven't been to weigh in :( things are to tight. I bought a size 28 trousers-they are to bignore BUT I hate being THIS size it's effecting my realatonship AND NOT helping my mh.

I am going to live breath ww right now. I NEED something else other than this awful mh.

Sorry it's so tough for you. It's impressive you are focusing on ww - it will definitely help. There's good evidence that "beige" food (processed sweet and savory stuff) is bad for our mh. So eating healthy will absolutely help you.
If you have a tape measure, measure yr waist - if not, ust use a bit of string. Often we can get smaller when scales don't move. Take care - and post here as many times a day as you can.

I went up on the scales last week by a pound and a half and no idea why as I felt I was good:innocent002: ...on the up side I came down a bra size :classic_smile:
 
You are doing well focusing on WW with everything going on. MH problems are tough I am struggling with that too although not as much as you. Mine is still manageable without meds or anything. Xx
 
Thank you All so so much 💜 my mh restrict what I do so much i cant go out on my own. I did however go out with my carer and got some ww dessert at iceland.

I slept a lot of the afternoon as I took lorazapam when out because I panicked -there wrre just to many people we only went into a close town not the city it's to much for me.

I am really worrying about weds. We go and see miss sigon at the theater i am worried i won't fit in the seats and about eating out. It's causing huge anxiety.

Aligal-I feel so much better when eating healthy foods. Unfortunately right now i rely on convince food as i just don't have motivation to cook. Bit tomorrow i am hoping to cook a curry.

I really should measure. I don't. It would be a good as if the scales dint move but the tape measure did it might boost my mood.

Mini knowing I need to post what I eat keeps me on track ( bar 2 ww biscuits and a banana) i remembered to take photos :) WELL done for going down a bra size hun

It's so hard when things tempt us. A friend turned up today with some coffee cake which used to by my favourite. I resisted it until this evening when I had a small slice with some low cal yogurt. Shouldn't have, I know, but I'll have a good day tomorrow and maybe leave out one of the shakes. I could easily do three Exante shakes a day if my other half didn't need to put on weight and loves cooking. To be fair though he does cook lots of healthy veg.

Thanks hun I am struggling everyone says I am having hallucinations -i see people with no bodies just heads like balloons floating. I've been seeing a little girl she's evil and wants me to go to the woods and be a sacrifice. I am so scared. The crisis team is an alternative to hospital.
