thanks. i do one day EE, i day green. wanted to see how i get on doing that cos then if i notice i stop losing or it slows down, i can try EE for a week or green and muck about with it a wee bit.
i haven't put my weight on as i'm not feeling confident enough to do it yet...crazy i know cos everyone's in the same boat and there are people heavier than me, but no one other than me and the WI woman knows...for now
