Better drink that water!
THis is the only diet my OH was happy to be on (he gets so worried about me bless!) He said it was just healthy eating in a diet plan format. It teaches you what's the right things to eat and helps to make you more organised so that you are planning healthier meals. And on top of that it encourages you to exercise, which should be a part of everyones lives.

This forum has a wealth of information and I know that everyone would be willing to answer any questions you may have.
