This would make a great start to the beginning of every journal entry during my weight loss (and after).

Learn how to not binge on the weekends
Learn how to treat myself without that turning into a binge
Lift weights 6x a week
Stretch 6x a week
Focus on maintaining my weight loss
NEVER NEVER NEVER binge on vacation and gain 20 pounds in one week which takes 6 months to re-lose!!!
