Todays PP menu:

Breakfast: 3 x Eggs Scrambled with skimmed milk
Dinner: Tin of Tuna with vinegar & pepper
Tea: Probably a omellette
(Is this enough to eat?)

It's better! Put some extra protein in your omelette, such as chicken, and fill your boots!

And don't forget your oat bran and water :D

Not had a good two days, I've no excuse but I'm not going to dwell on it...

Quick question for anyone out there. I was thinking of doing c25k on my trampoline would it work? i.e. weightloss & toning??
 
I've personally not done it, but anything has got to be better than nothing. Have you got back on the diet?x
 
Hi guys, I'm back and look awful! Just had a big kick up the bum my grans just had a suspected heart attack so it's made me think twice about my weight & lifestyle.

Breakfast - vanilla muller light with 1 tablespoon of oatbran
Dinner - 3 egg omelette and a tin of tuna in springwater with vinegar
Tea - chicken breast on skewers with garlic, cayenne pepper, dash of soy sauce and small amount of mustard

Attempting 2 litres of water and 2 x Pepsi max

Starting 30 day shred tomorrow as well :)
 
Morning :) First day back at work O the joys!"

Weighed myself first thing this morning and the scales said 170.4lbs then 10 mins I weighed myself again and it said 171.6lbs.... which one should I log???

Todays Food:

Breakfast - Muller light vanilla yoghurt & 1.5 tablespoons of oatbran
Dinner - Tuna with vinegar
Tea: Mackeral or Salmon
Snacks: boiled eggs

Drinks: 2lts Water & 1 pepsi max(Hopefully just the one)

I've only been doing it 4 weeks but its a way of life now lol .... glad I'm not the only one who checks the scales that regularly!! I only record once a week now but check daily. I told my fiance to hide the scales. Then 5 mins later told him to give them back haha!!!

My boyfriend keeps saying I should weigh once a week but I can't help myself :)

That means I've had a 4.6lb loss in one day... I must have been carrying loads of water weight eurgh!"
 
During Attack I found daily weighing helpful. If you have a bit of a tough day you see the loss so it's worth it!

It is pretty scary how much water the body can hold lol!

Well instead of boiled eggs I've had a one egg scrambled with a dash of pepper. I hope I'm eating enough.

Only last a couple of ounces over night so under my 7lb attack target :(

Change of plan.. dinner has been half a cooked chicken and I'm going to have the other half for tea :)

Well done! I lost 6.25lbs after 3 days on Attack, ive prob had too much veg today to warrant a loss of 0.75lbs to match ur loss :(
