had a bad day today
few too many choccies and crisps and 2 glasses off wine so totally :break_diet:
was at xmas meeitn for work and just ate the cookie and then mum had after eight mints had 3 grrrrrrrrrr

aw thank you I am going to give it my all didnt bother going to pub tonight was going to go to soft play with little one but he has had a busy day so thought save some money and cals and play at home and its been great paint everywhere though lol

well I hve added a post elsewhere but
my friend called this morning and was really fed up about her weight told her I had started sw and she decided to cal count for now so we both weighed in today .I for some reason am 2lb up maybe more from the xmas left overs plus totm but today will be day one and wi will be next wed so im happy really x

Thursday thinking about haveing a success express day no is this the same as ee but you get more hxb it says 2/3 plate with superfree foods say jk potat and tuna then rest with free foods on both plans one or 2 a and 2 b

so was thinking

bacon egg and beans for breakfast with one bread hxb

dinner jkt potato or noodles with some sort off meat from town

tea my left over quorn chilli with rice hxa cheese
problem is im gettign confused with ee and sucess express grrrrrrr anyone advise which is easiest please
