Thoughts on my idea/plan

I've been looking around at vlcd and generally have an idea as to how they work overall.
I did Herbalife a little while ago and thought i would just use there meal replacement shakes but have 3 per day instead of the 2 plus a main meal.
What i have read online mainly by herbalife distributors is that its not recommended but i fail to see what the difference is between one of there replacement shakes and one provided by for example CD or LL
Can anyone give me thought or opinions

Hi,

i've just started Eurodiet, I'm on phase one which is TFR but I think other phases allow for less euro meals and a protein meal or two depending on the phase. Not sure if this is the kind of thing you are after? I don't have any experience of CD or LL so no help there sorry!

It's not recommended because it's not a TFR it's a totally different diet.

Diets like exante cd LL etc are all carefully constructed so that by having just their products you're getting all the nutrients etc that you need

Herbalife is like SF etc higher in carbs and sugar so you won't go into ketosis

If herbalife say NOT to do what you're proposing then why would you consider it.

If you want to go a TFR do Exante etc which are meant to be done that way
