Well, here are this week's results and I was very very surprised (pleasantly)
Weigh-in after 14 weeks:
Lost 7.04 lbs
Total lost 88.88 Lbs (4 fat ladies ??) BMI down from 42.9 to 31.16
I could have sworn that I had only lost 2-3 llbs!
Well WI results after 15 weeks - my lowest loss so far (but to be expected after the much higher than anticipated loss last week!
Weigh-in after 15 weeks:
Lost 1.98 llbs
Total lost 90.86 Lbs BMI down from 42.9 to 30.9
Getting close to being just plain fat rather than obese now! and should hit a few mini goals over the next few weeks:
1) BMI below 30
2) Weight below 16 st
3) Weight below 100kg
4) Weight loss 50 KG
Would be nice to hit the first three in the next 3 weeks and it is possible that they will be hit 1 by 1 on each week - I hope so!
