Three days in and i'm already missing pastry!

Pastry got me into this situation, and if it were against the law I'd be in the same situation as Lynsay Lohan.
Are there any alternatives recipes to make me feel better and/or low syn versions of the real thing?

Filo pastry is the lowest syn option so I would use some of your syns for that
