    Morning every one ,just read a few posts very inspiring want to keep up my R.C commitments so here goes again.

    drink 2 litres water today.
    Do 45 mins walk plus 20min chi gongthis am.
    1/2 pt s.s. milk (sometimes i have soya or Skimmed but aim for s.s. anything else is a bonus)

    A.M
    Usual 1 cup porridge made with water
    1 cup frozen mixed berries.1 tbs low fat yoghurt sprinkle of cinnamon.


    LUNCH

    Having a stir fry made without fat with 1/2 can curried tuna and red onion
    1peach

    SNACK
    2 tangerines

    DINNER
    low fat choice with lots of vegtables
    fresh fruit

    SNACK LATE PM
    1 piece fruit:)

    Going to Shropshire to a womens long weekend,( Exploring the second half of life) I have requested a low fat menu so will just gauge the portions,as that can be a problem for me over eating in volume as well as making poor choices.
