I did red days all week which i'm sure is what contributed to my loss. I had a green day yesterday, but back to red again today.
I'll see this week whether it's the red days speeding things up, or whether it was just a lucky 1st week loss! (i usually lose about 1.5lb on my second week, so any more than that and i know that doing solely red days is right for me! )
Can't believe how well you've all done this week - even those who were expecting a gain have either STST or not done as bad as they thought - well done xx
