2lb off! Yay for me! It takes me to 1st 1lb off in 6 weeks.

I am soo pleased with it. I bought some scan bran to do my 5 a day challenge so looking forward to an even better loss next week.

can i just say how awe inspiring it is to see some of your "stickers" under your posts. I was so proud of my little 1 stone sticker, to see someone has lost 14st!! wow! That is seriously impressive and incredibly motivating.
