Good luck Thursday gang!

I doubt i will have lost as scales showing a sts but i have been exercising more this week so not too bothered! (well i am a bit but positive thoughts ;) )
 
Can not wait to see how much I lost tomorrow night!!!

13 Hours for me! Its not looking hopeful even with a week of 100% and exercise!

10 hrs 45 mins! For me,had to stand on the scales,naughty I no but they say 2 1/2 off:-D but tonght counts,gives me hope tho.

Morning gang :)

2lb off this week so now back to pre Xmas weight, hopefully onwards and downwards from here.
