Going to go back to basics this week as I didn't think I did that much wrong last week and clearly I did! I had a couple of days where I was over on syns, but I do eat a lot of fruit and I was sure that that couldn't be ok...and it wasn't.
So frustrating. I don't want to become obsessed with food and weight, but whenever I relax and try not to ... I put on weight.

Well done everyone, some good losses. Commiserations to anyone who has gained or STS.
I lost 5.5. Was hoping for a good one this week, wasn't expecting it to be that good like lol.
