Thursday Weighers

Weigh in at 6. Not looking forward to it after the week I have had. Hoping to just maintain. All I have done is pick this week and make some crappy food choices. Good luck everyone x
 
Weigh in at 7:30 today but not expecting much..going from a morning to evening group and I've had a bad week including eat as much as you like curry eeek :-/
 
1lb off. Very happy with that

Not been on here for ages! but 1/2lb off this week 1lb to target!!
 
Another 1lb off. Slowly, slowly does it.
 
Lost two pounds but put it back on today. Weekends always kill me :-(

GGRR how can anyone do regular exercise all week, put only good things in their mouth...stick to plan 100% and only lose 1/2lb? ok, I know its not ONLY 1/2 lb, but looking at it logically, 8 oz doesn't make a lot of sense............:sigh:.so am a tad dissappointed this week,:cry: still onwards and downwards. x

Maybe the exercise has caused some water retention?

I know when I started to exercise that I STS or only lost small amount for a week or two til my body got used to it x
 
Haven't done anything extra though FTF, that's what's confusing me! sigh.... x
