Morning all!

Did my run this morning when I got to London

B: Protein shake before run HE A, porridge after HE B, grapes
L: Lentil soup, houmous (HE B), pitta 5 syns
D: Quorn fillets, sweet potato wedges, steamed spring greens

S: bananas, nuts (syns)
E: Run
W: 3 litres

Blimey Steph, you'll be running the marathon next!

B: Oat so simple (1B) and chopped banana
L: Savoury rice with diced cherry tomatoes and mange tout
D: Pasta with red pepper and tomato sauce, quorn meatballs, sweetcorn and mange tout

S: Grapes, Banana, Yogurt and 2 oreo cookies

I'm still short of a B though.... hmm

WI for me today so ive had breakie and a apple, im going to have something small lunch time.

WI for me too tonight. Red day

B 2 x alpen light bars hexb and a muller, milk hexa

L chicken sandwich made with 2 x ww danish hexb, 2 tsp low fat spread 2 sins and ex light mayo 1 sin

D Not sure whether to treat myself after weigh in or not. It will either be ham and egg salad if I'm good or pizza and lager if I'm not lol.
