Tikka sauce for wrap or sandwhich

I guys I am looking for a recipie for a tikka sauce but that you would use to make chicken tikka in a Wrap or sandwich ( people in Ireland will know what I'm talking about) I imagine it will be some sort of combination of light mayo, tomato purée maybe and tikka powder? Can anyone shed some light

Basically what you just said! Marinade the chicken breasts in tikka also so it gives that bit more flavour.

What about using some fat free fromage frais, recently discovered this at tescos, so nice!!!

I would use natural yougurt, curry powder & a bit of sweetener. Mix the ingredients together & marinade the chicken in the sauce overnight in the fridge. Hope that helps & its Syn free as well.
