Guys I am gonna join in with this one. Its about time I did a chalenge and actually got through the first blimmin week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope to lose 5lbs during march .... not a lot I now but a hell of a lot more than Ive lost so far!

My weigh in will be a monday morning.

Hmm...I'm undecided about this. I always join challenged and I've NEVER actually managed to complete one yet (I usually sign up for them and then don't even manage the first week, so I disappear :eek:).

I think that as a part of the 'new me - new diet approach' I will actually join in with this one and I PROMISE I will come on every week and post my losses (or gains, but let's be positive and just say losses, lol).

Ok, so there are 4 weigh ins for me in March. I think I'm going to go for 7lb. I won't be aiming so high in the future, but I remember when I went to ww meetings last year I got my silver 7 on week 3, so I know I can do it if I put my mind to it, plus the first weigh in for March will be my first week back on ww and the first week is usually a bigger loss than the weeks that follow it, so with that in mind, yes, I'm going to go for 7lb please :)

(Sorry for babbling, I was thinking out loud, lol).

I'd like to lose 7lb in March - my holiday is in June and I'd like to be 2st lighter by then so 7lb a month until then. I have 4 more wi's during March and lost 1.5lb on the 3rd Never done one of these challenges before. Hope everyone does well.

i had a good week i was 16st 2lb now im 15st 11lb = 5lb :O but i have been to the gym 5 times this week which has also helped, i hope to have a few more weeks like this :)
