Im almost 31 year old female who has reached the end of my fat life!!
Recently passed my driving test and have been sooo lazy and put on stupid weight. Top that with mving in with my boyfriend and i was only asking for fat trouble!! So its time to shift it, mini goals are music festival in 4 weeks and american holiday in 12 weeks so anything i can get rid of before then would be great!
I work nite duty which messes it all up cos i dont eat rubbish during the nite but when i get home i am so hungry for a big feed and a cereal just doesnt do it for me!
I have done slimfast before and it works so well for me cos i drink it and think thats it over and done with so no grey areas.
We have both joined the gym together and really am enjoying going and is nice having the support, look forward to chatting on this.

no gym today car being serviced and its too far for taxi so walked in and out of town centre, about 2.5miles each way so hot here today, work tonite so i have my wee boxes of pineapple and berries for during the night, going to go gym in morning when i finish
