Tuesdays food diary

B- alpen light bar (2.5 syns)
L- spaghetti on toast (HexB)
S- melon, strawberries and kiwi
T- pasta n sauce with added spinach, mushrooms and courgette

Coffee with milk (HexA)
Lots of water at work n pint of dilutey juice at home

Total syns 2.5 (might have a lem driz alpen bar with coffee later to make 5syns)

Tuesday
B. Mixed berries with muller light and all bran golden crunch and glass of water

Treated myself to a slice of orange cake will say 8syns! But that's the cake gone!

Didn't have any lunch as such,
S. 2 babybels and some ham
1/2 a grapefruit

T. Salmon marinated in nandos sauce 2syns
Baby potatoes, green beans and salad with cucumber, tomatoes and beet root

Wednesdays diary

B- overnight oats (HexB) made with with toffee mullerlight with blueberries, strawberries and kiwi
L- buffet as in full day training (syns galore as not a thing sw friendly but only had a small portion)
T- Moroccan chicken with roast veg n cous cous (2syns)

Coffees in training with milk (HexA)
1 pint of dilutey juice

B. Muller light cherry with all bran golden crunch HExB and a plum
S. Kiwi and a pear
L. Small salad with some ham and cheese HExA
T. Beef stroganoff, used fat free natural yog instead of creme fresh, served with boiled rice
2 biscuit after tea 6.5 syns

B. 1/4 of a melon and a kiwi
L. Ryvita cracker bread x 2 (2syns) with Tuna and mayo (1syn) with cucumber
S. Diet Pepsi and mixed frozen berries with muller Greek yoghurt
T. Bacon beans and Linda mc sausages

Forgot about my HExB!!! So will have 2 Alpen lights for my supper with a cup of green tea!
 
Ooh the cracker bread looks lovely! My days been pretty boring but here goes...

Well since Friday I have been off course due to staying at granny's and our trip to the theatre, now have a good 4 days to recover n get back with it

Fridays diary:

B - overnight oats (HexB)with vanilla muller light topped with banana blueberries and strawberries
L - chicken salad
T - cottage pie and turnip at granny's

Saturdays diary....

B - 2 slices of white toast with lurpak lightest
L - peri peri chicken panini and a skinny latte in costa
T- steak and chips with mushrooms and grilled tomato and half a lager

1/2 bottle of wine

L - Sunday carvery: beef, mash, cauliflower, leeks, York pud, gravy and 2 roasters and a half lager
T - bowl of Jordan's country crisp with strawberries

Sunday, we went to Edinburgh

L. 1 1/2 wholemeal pitta breads with tuna mayo, homemade hummus and salad etc
T. McDonald's bacon cheeseburger with chips and diet coke!! Oh dear-syns syns syns
 
Monday I'm aiming to be extra extra good this week!!

B. 1/2 a grapefruit , 1/2 a kiwi and an apple
S. Alpen light 1/2 HExB
L. We had a picnic lunch at crag side today in the sunshine
Me and Davi shared a salad box from morrisons with couscous
Also had some crisps 5syns water and diet Pepsi to drink
T. We are having jacket potato, beans and cheese HExA with a big salad on the side and possibly broccoli.
Supper. Frozen mixed berries with a muller Greek yog 0.5syns and 15g all bran golden crunch 1/2 HExB

Tuesday
Didn't have breakfast today, busy doing a few odd jobs.
When davi got back from work I made us each an omelette. My first ever attempt at them!

Brunch. 3 egg omelette with cheese HExA and bacon, served with cherry tomatoes

S. 2x Alpen lights and some water

T. Pasta bolognese made using home made pasta sauce and extra lean beef mince.

I had an Easter biscuit after which the kids made today im saying about 6 syns

L. Leftover pasta bolognese
