Found out today alpen light are changing their recipe so they won't b able to b used as HexB and their syn value will be 4-4.5 syns! Watch out for the ones that say new taste/new recipe on as they will b them x

Wednesdays diary

B- overnight oats (HexB) with banana blue berries n kiwi made with vanilla mullerlight
S- alpen light (2.5 syns)
L - mugshot
T- sausage casserole with mash (2 syns for gravy) (2 for lighter butter)

Coffees with milk (HexA)

B- Linda McCartney Rosemary n red onion sausages with scrambled eggs, mushrooms and courgette with baked beans
L- batchelors chicken savoury rice
S- hifi salted caramel bar (HexB)
T- homemade chilli with cous cous

Coffees with skimmed milk (HexA)
Glass of red wine (7 syns)

B. 2 x kiwis and a muller Greek yog 0.5syns

L. 1/2 portion of spicy pasta with piri piri chicken

T. Salmon fillet, new potatoes, broccoli, mangeto baby corn, salad.

L- scrambled egg on toast (white bread at Fiona's 8 syns)

T- spaghetti n lean meatballs in homemade sauce with lots of veg in (3 x meatballs @ 0.5 syns each)

S. 1/2 a grapefruit and 1/4 melon and Alpen bar 1/2 HExB
L. Pasta n sauce broccoli and cheese with extra peas and leeks served with salad
T. Jacket potato, cheese HExA, salad, beans and broccoli and tuna
Supper 15g of all bran with another yoghurt 0.5 syns
Malteaser bunny 7.5 syns
