B- massive fruit salad with toffee mullerlight
S- alpen light bar (HexB)
L- jkt potato with tuna and sweetcorn (1syn for light mayo)
S- alpen light (HexB)
T- Thai red chicken curry n rice (syn crazy) and a glass of red (6 syns) it's been a horrible day at work!

S. Smoothie made with Mixed frozen berries, spinach, 1/2 banana and fresh blueberries with almond milk hexA
T. Beef stroganoff, made using ff natural yoghurt served with basmati rice
Supper - 1/2 grapefruit and some melon

T - poached egg sw chips and beans!!

T. Spaghetti bolognese with homemade tomato veggie sauce.

L. Cup of hm butternut squash soup followed by an alpen light bar 1/2 hexb
S. Carrot cake syns.......
T. Home made risotto, with bacon, butternut squash, leeks
