Feels like I'm not doing very well this week. :(

Looking at your diary I think your doing fab! Think of it this way u can't do any worse than me lol 4lb in how many weeks!!! lol think I'm the slowest dieter ever lol xx
 
There's a free joining thing in a mag for sw so if I haven't lost on fri I'm gonna start going to the classes from Wednesday next week, see if that makes a difference xx

B - scrambled egg with spring onions mushrooms and spinach
S- hifi salted caramel (HexB)

T- smoked bacon and veg cous cous and a skinny cappachino mullerlight

1ltr sparkling flavoured water
1 pint juice
4 coffees with milk (HexA)
 
Thursday
B. 1/2 grapefruit and 1/4 melon, ff yoghurt
L. Pasta n sauce with added peas 0.5syn 1/2 pack of French fries crisps 2.5 syns
T. Spicy chicken and chorizo rice with veg
Chai latte 5 syns

yeah I think Philly light can b HexA - beef strong sounds lovely

The chorizo recipe is really easy, it's from the hairy dieters book, but I used chicken instead of pork!! The kids loved it too :) def going to be a favorite in our house! Just not sure if chorizo is syned.

I'm joining a group tomorrow but it's only a fiver will still see what I weigh on fri just want a little extra support see if I can boost my weight loss sick of the fact I've lost like 4lb since beginning of feb xx
