Ah good for you, I've gone back over and weighed in at 10.12lbs! This morning.......

I think if I go for a couple of weeks I might get into swing of it n gives tht little extra support - you did have a little off day yesterday you will prob lose tht by fri :) xxx

S. Cup of tea at toddler group and a fruit tea when I got home

T. spaghetti bolognese with my own tomato and veg sauce, and cheese to serve hexA

Good news on the alpen light bars they r changing back to old recipe after high demand!! Hexb will b back soon!! :)

L - sw chips made with garlic fry light and Linda mc rosemary n red onion sausage with a tsp light mayo (2 syns)

T - creamy chicken pasta from sw book, chicken mushrooms, onions, cherry toms, courgettes, spinach, orange peppers, Philly garlic and herb light (2 syns) spaghetti

Gin and tonic (2.5 syns)
1 coffee with skimmed milk (hexa)
Pint of juice

Total syns: 9 (might have another gin later so will be 11.5)
 
Saturdays diary
B. Carrot cake porridge made with 30g oats and 2.50 ml ss milk, but I've halved the portion so 1/2 Hexb and 1/2 hexA also had a satsuma and a plum.
S. Some melon and an alpen light lemon drizzle 1/2 hexb costa caramel latte from the tassimo 5syns
L. Salad, cucumber and cherry toms with chicken breast.
T. Sw chips, with left over bolognese and a slice of home made pizza (cheese as 1/2 hexA) with lots of cucumber.
