Time to sort myself out!

Right here I am, mum to four, just started a new relationship after having my heart shattered into a thousand pieces two years ago. Im a comforts eater, If im happy, sad, or anything in between I will eat. I have tried the cambridge diet and although it works, its far too restricting to sole source. I have been noticing that my weight has been creeping up since I started dating my new partner, Im presuming its complacency. I suffer with PCOS and IBS and my bad diet is not helping these conditions.

My plan is to start slimming world today and to excercise on my kinnect five times a week.
