tbh when i started xen i was 14 stone that was the biggest i have been so never really been out of puff...but now im 12 stone 12..thats without the help of xen cause as you know they didnt work for me..but this is the size i was when we met so if i can lose a bit more then that would be great..but one thing i know he ll love me if i stay at 12 stone 12.. or if im slimmer or heavier..( which i dont plan on being.lol)

just read through and wanted to say hi and welcome!

When i first started last year i was 14.4 now i'm 10.4.. want to loose more as i still have a belly! and still feel quite large..

So wish you all the luck ! Not like you'll need it sounds like your doing great just by making the plunge!
