Monday - 30.04.12 - EE day

Breakfast - w/m pitta (HEB) 2 slices bacon (all visible fat removed), 2 x sainsbury's bgty sausages (1 syn) with lots of mushrooms, peppers and spinach

Lunch - Banana, mugshot & Mullerlight

Dinner - Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, Leek, cheese and ham pasta-in-sauce (1 syn) broccoli, carrots, spring greens

Extra's
250ml ss milk - HEA
3 bottles of water
1 x celebration - 2 syns
Greek Mullerlight - 0.5 syn
Pink and white - 2.5 syns

Total syns = 7



 
I have made some chicken noodle soup with lots of extra veg for lunch, its lovely and will last a couple of days.
 
Tuesday - 01.05.12 - EE day

Lunch - HM Chicken noodle soup (lots of veg) Banana & Mullerlight

Dinner - Savoury mince (onions, celery, mushrooms, carrots & swede) with sw roast pots, broccoli and spring greens - 2 syns

Greek Mullerlight - 0.5 syn

Wednesday - 02.05.12 - EE day

Breakfast - 2 slices w/m toast (HEB) lots of mushrooms and baked beans

Lunch - HM Chicken noodle soup (lots of veg) & Mullerlight

Dinner - Large Burger made from EL mince served with onions and mushrooms (yum

Well I haven't been here for a while (10 months or so...) but the good news is that I've been sticking to plan and have been losing weight. I've also recently started exercising which is helping me to tone up. I've still got a long way to go but I'm getting there, slowly x
