Great thread - my tips would be, I make it a rule not to eat anything when on here, time goes by so quickly and it helps me get motivated.

I only buy healthy food, if I haven't got the fattening food in I can't binge on it.

I Drink plenty of water with and between meals and I eat slower.

Have low fat alternative treats in to help with my sweet tooth.

I write a list on the fridge with all the points of the food I eat in the fridge I generally buy the same stuff every week so saves me working it out all the time!

I will have diet coke or lemonade if I'm feeling what I call 'fake/bored' hungry, it's sweet & fills me up between meals. :)
