Tips for Shake that weight?

    Hi all :) I'm starting STW tomorrow and wondered if there were more experienced dieters on here that could share some good tips and weight losses?? Look forward to your replies :)

    the shakes taste lovely (apart from Hazelnut) - you can send off for a trial pack if you're not sure about it... that's what I did. I'm in my 8th week now and it's going well.... hardest bit was not having sugary and fatty snacks that I was used to. I dont even think about naughty food now...

    Like a lot of others have said before... the biggest thing you need to do with this plan is drink lots of water... I take a refill bottle everywhere with me and put slices of lemon and mint leaves in it to give some flavour as plain water can be boring after a while.

    Hi there, thanks for the replies! Yeh I've been doing for 4 days now, have not weighed yet but feel fine at the moment, trying to keep positive and remind myself of the reasons for doing it which is greater than the craving for food. I tried the starter pack first and the service is so good it arrives the next day! But I agree, love all the flavours except hazelnut. I did lipotrim a few years ago and these taste far better, like actual milkshakes! And they're cheaper!!

    Would love to know your weight loss over the 8weeks? 8wks is amazing!! I am aiming for 10, but just taking it a week at a time!

    So great to here positive things about this! I have ordered mine, coming tomorrow! Do u mix with water or milk? I need to lose about 8 stone so long way to go but taking it a stone at a time!

    hope everyone has been getting on ok this week! I'm kicking myself because I fogot to bring any shakes to work!!! I've only got a bit of fruit to last me! Had another 2 pound loss this week which brings me to almost 24 pounds in 8 weeks. My mum and husband said they can really tell but I cant see a drastic difference yet... my mini goal is to lose another half stone before my holiday in 4 weeks...

    24lbs is a brilliant weight loss in 8 weeks. I bet you feel proud of yourself Rachella. I think you will easily manage half a stone in 4 weeks! You seem really focused Rachella, even though you forgot your packs you know what to do. I admire that level of dedication :cool:

    I'm on day 2 using up some Cambridge diet packs before my stw packs come tomorrow. After 5 weeks on slimming world I lost 3lbs, I felt like a failure. That is behind me now and I have moved on to what I know works. Good luck this week everybody x:)
