when first starting if you are so hungry you feel you have to eat then munch on chicken and lettuce untill you get in to ketosis.
keep your water intake up.

as for after, not got there yet
i'm just about to start and setting myself goals/treats eg. first stone i'm getting a spraytan and haircut second stone new jeans.... even better if you can con someone else into buying!! hmm that gives me an idea!
