when first starting if you are so hungry you feel you have to eat then munch on chicken and lettuce untill you get in to ketosis.
keep your water intake up.
come on mini's for support.
as for after, not got there yet ;)

Don't be tempted to have "just a little bite" of anything. Drink lots of water. Distract yourself with a bath/hobby/book/film...anything.

i'm just about to start and setting myself goals/treats eg. first stone i'm getting a spraytan and haircut second stone new jeans.... even better if you can con someone else into buying!! hmm that gives me an idea!

Yeah treats are a good idea obv non food treats!! Maybe every half a stone get a beauty treatment!! Ooh as if I need an excuse!

Stick to low carb before you start so you go in to ketosis quicker and dont get such bad headaches from carb withdrawell.
