TMI sorry but

I have been doing ss 100% for 4 days, I have been having the runs for 4 days. I did ss last year and didnt have this, also my stomach is making wierd gurgling noises all the time. I am having all my water, so I know its not that. Its starting to get me down as I dont feel comfortable at all.

Any ideas on this?

Hi hun, I had this! Only lasted a couple of days and I put it down to my body being in shock of having no crap and junk in it and also all that water washing all the toxins out! If it hasnt stopped by the time you have your 1st weigh in then have a chat with your CDC!! xxx
