Hello Gem,
I would like to join please I am on cd ss have just completed my first week got weighed today and have lost 11.5lb and i cannot stop smiling. Funny thing is not thinking of food today, amazing what a great weight loss can do for you, I am inspired to carry on for another week and have to say I have got so much encouragement on here during my first week and have recommended my cdc take a look as I think this is agreat place to find fantastic people going through the same thing.
