butternut squash
sweet potato

cheese (hea)

Snacks:
apple/kiwi/orange/
rum butter (5) need to stop :D
 
Week 4: day 7 extra easy:
Breakfast:
2eggs
Beans
2 slices wholemeal bread (heb)
Lm sausages
Tomsauce (2)
Apple
Tangerine

Lunch:
Savoury rice (0.5)
Salad
Salad cream (1)
Banana

Dinner:
Butternut squash chips
Salad
Sweet potato
Salad cream (2)
40g reduced fat red Leicester (hea)

Snacks: kiwi/plum rum butter (1)

Syns 6.5

Think it's been an ok week have stuck to it buthaven't really exercised will up that starting from tomo....
Going to try and not use wholemeal bread every day for heb we will see hehe
Working all through Christmas so this week will just be normal for me .... and a bit lonely but hey ho

1lb off woo got my half stone I'm chuffed :) this week I'm going to use scan bran for my healthy b (not today hehe)
And try and exercise more this is just a normal week for me as I'm working ill celebrate Christmas in a later week :) xx
 
so, after 4 weeks i have finally lost willpower and ate a pizza, garlic mushrooms and 2 portions of garlic mayo. It was amazing! i think i am going to allow myself this once a month so end of jan for next one hehe
i feel a little bit guilty but ive so strict with myself its ridiculous, ive been happy when people have cancelled plans so i dont have to eat out and thats not fun really is it.
im going for a meal on sunday and a party on wed, but my next weigh in is sat 29th so i have time... even a mantain would keep me happy... we will see :D

Thank you :) unfortunately it didn't stop there I had a bottle of wine!!!!! Just on my lonesome aswell lol that will be on of my new years resolutions to not drink if not going out or socialising....

This morning I feel sick and want to eat the world.. Guna get a syn free veggie breakfast from a cafe near work..

Text everyone this morning trying to get cover for my shift but it wasnt happening so I'm on the bus now. It's just a set up of an event so luckily so guests to deal with (hopefully)

Onwards and upwards as they say :)
 
today has been a total write off, im not even going to type in what i have ate today... :(
also just found out im not needed at work so travelling back up to cumbria on sun to spend christmas with the family woo.... theres guna be so much temptation. think im going out boxing night so that should stop me, guna be extra good tomo and sun, (my zumba wii game came today so guna go on it before sun) then im going to take it home as my sister has a wii NO EXCUSES
my next weigh in is on sat 29th, i will be gobsmacked with a loss, delighted with a maintain and happy if i gain a pound or two... anymore more than two then i will be RAGING :D xx
 
Nooo you've not failed! You just need to pick yourself, give yourself a kick up the a** and get back to it!

I was like this after my birthday when 1 planned day off plan turned into three days, getting back on it is hard but doable. Just think back to why you started SW and what you want to achieve. You can do it! Even if you go a bit off plan at xmas ;) And don't stop writing your food diary down just because you had a bad day - that was my mistake this week! xxx

Thanks girls :) off home for Xmas now, thought I was working but I'm not now so got all the Xmas dinner to look forward to now :) think what I'll do is write what I'm eating even if it isnt the sweet world way mad it might stop me eating as much... alsbought a litre bottle of water going to make sure I drink two of these a day :) fingers crossed I sort this out only I can do it I suppose haha

Merry christmas!!!! I can honestly say u have eaten everything in sight I reckon it could be a half a stone on... not even exaggerating...
Not sure whether I'm going to go to weigh in on sat depends what the scales say that morning... I know I should but of its anymore than three pounds I'll be ashamed lol
Got another family gathering today buffet and the lot... I know I'm Guna be stuffing face aswell.. the willpower will not be around hehe
So much for working Xmas... would have probably lost if I'd done that... oh well get to see all my family so I'm happy :) diet starts tomo!!!! Lol xxx

Happy Christmas! :) it's the same for me, yesterday I ate sooo much and there is a Buffett at my nans today which is going to be extreme plus the alcohol :/
I plan to get straight back on it tomorrow at least we all have each other on here to help us!

Going to try and be on plan tomo but more family to visit... going back to Liverpool on Fri so no excuses :) can't actually wait to start eating healthy again... Guna get on the Wii aswell when I'm home... Zumba fitness here I come hehe xx

getting on the scales tomo morning to see the damage the weigh in is at 11 but i dont know if i can bring myself to go and just go off my own scales.... i know i should but i reckon ive put on at least 12.... i know thats a lot but ive ate sooo much... im starting to feel so tired aswell :(
off to work soon so at least ill be actually walking about and not sitting on my bum.

to top it off, ive come home and my boiler has been leaking and now the pressure has gone down so no heating... havent a clue how to fix so ive emailed the agency people.... hopefully they will get it done today as they are closed tomo otherwise the hot water bottles (x3) are coming out haha.... i know ill be ok as the shower is working... but i think my housemate will cry if its broken when she gets back lol
also fridge was stinking when i got back as she had left some very out of date salami in there.... think a house meeting is in order :D

RIGHT DIET STARTS TODAY THIS HAS GONE ON LONG ENOUGH!!!!! thats me shouting to myself :D

had a massive shift last night thought i was finishing at 8pm turned out i was there untill 1am so obviously hunger was about and me being me got a takeaway even though i could have probably gone to sleep..... grrr

so! no weigh in today cant face going and not even guna jump on the scales because i cant bring myself to....

therefore having a planned slimming world day and prepared for my 12 hour shift...

Breakfast:
porridge (35g) HEB)
honey (1)
banana

Lunch:2 boiled eggs
2 plums
an apple
a babybel (1)
and a laughing cow (1)

Dinner:
pasta
mushrooms
Philly (HEA)

hopefully i can stick to this.... maybe eat most of my fruit throughout the day rather that have it for lunch.... only having brekkie now so can spread it out a bit :D


PS: no1 has come to see to my boiler and no1 has emailed me back..... worst agents ever!!!!!

Hope your day has gone to plan for you! I managed 2 100% days so far and feel great although just ate 10 quality street so that's 2 days syns gone on choc oh well at least we can weekly syn when needed ;)

I hope they come back to you about your boiler! Mine went a few weeks ago and they came that day - can you try and call them? xx
