To much fruit

I have joined WW last Thursday and I am concerned on the amount of fruit I am eating. Is there such thing as to much fruit?:mad:

Although its 'free' on PP, I see it as 0pp and therefore limit my portions depending on my hunger. I don't just eat it for the sake of it! X
 
If you need it as your hungry, eat as much as you want... Better to snack on fruit then a chocolate bar when your bored
 
I found that on the weeks that I've eaten a lot of fruit I lose less. Replacing crisps and sweets with fruit is the idea but in my experience its good to have tabs on the amount of certain fruits (bananas are a great example!)

Go wild with pineapple and grapefruit though :)
 
You could try a carrots, they can be cut into long strips and they take a while to eat.
I find that I fly through the fruit, but a carrot takes a little longer.
