    Hello all,

My chemist suggest I refeed the week before I go in holiday as I have decided to have the week off while I'm abroad (I do intend to make healthy choices with the odd alcoholic drink) And return straight to tfr when I'm home.
I'm reluctant to do this, has anyone tried to do it my way? Or should I take the pharmacists advice? X

    Hi there,
I did exactly that last month, 1 week refeed, holiday and then back on LT. I was fine and got back into it really easily (luckily)
You must make sure you do a refeed before you start eating again though

Good luck with whatever you decide

My chemist has said if you don't refeed before regular food, you will gain a lot more back than if you had. So, I suggest following your chemist's advice.

    Deffo refeed!
You have to do things property or your body will suck up all the glycogen and throw you way off track.
    Good luck! :)

Yes refeed or as everyone else says it will pile straight back on. I'm doing the same when I go on holiday end of july.
