Thank you all for the encouragement - I must admit that finding this site has been a god send - focussed, friendly, foodie and fun, all at the same time.
I know I am no where near what Dr Dukan would consider my "true weight" - that's at least 16 lbs further down. But I am smaller now than at any time since there was a 19 in the date (yes - some time in the last millennium!) and I know I feel comfortable at the size I am - I have hips, a waist, a bust and not too many wrinkles anywhere.
I'll see what happens in the next fortnight - next week I am at an industry event in France, which will be a challenge (irregular meal times, late nights, lots of wine and canapes floating around) - I'm going to aim for a sort of "cruise-lite" = 6 pv days, 1 pp day, none of the conso extras yet, and I will try to avoid the more obvious temptations as far possible.
