You should be really really proud of yourself, 5 stone is an amazing weight loss and having lost 4 stone a few years ago on LL, I can imagine how completely different and amazing you must look. Good luck with becoming a CDC, I'm sure you will be brilliant!!!!

I have set myself a goal of 3 stone, but ideally I would love to lose around 4, maybe 4.5 (won't know until I get nearer).
