today is the start of a new me!

Diet and exercise begins today!
Just weighed myself for my starting weight, a hefty 14stne 4lbs, my aim is 10stne 4lb!

Breakfast: fruit: banna, strawberry,kiwi and apple
Lunch? Any ideas? Chicken salad?
Dinner? Salamon and steamed veg

Exercise: 1hour walking the dog
30 mins on the wii fit
Followed my 100 sit ups, leg scissors, squats and working the tins of beans!

Any tips?

Hi again, i've just 'spoke' to you on the lose 4 stone thread! :)

I list my menu everyday, might get some ideas in my diary..been naughty though haven't listed todays or yesterdays, that's not like me, i usually post it every day :)

anyway some ideas in there....like baked potato, wraps, soup and wholemeal roll, pasta and low fat sauce, crackers and low fat cheese, etc etc. dinners normally chicken or fish and lots of veg, or low fat sauasage, veg, and lots lots more of ideas!!!!
