I desperately need to tone now but can't exercise as I get far too dizzy far too quickly. ketosis is great for most people, and despite feeling fit and well, any physical exertion tips me over the edge.

Any tips on how I can tone with little effort?
    I can't do powerplate (can't afford it)

    Aaargh I'm all wobbly now!

    Hi

Walking at a pace that gets you slightly breathless while focusing on engaging your core muscles will tone your abs, legs, bum etc as well as giving you a low demand but effective (for health) cardiac work out.

In the evenings while watching TV you could be on a balance/gym ball again engaging your core doing some upper body exercises...google in about.com.. there are loads of exercise links there. I'm off out to buy a balance ball tomorrow to start doing that too. It will tone your upper body with the exercise and your lower body via the core muscle engagement.

Here's link to get you going http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/core-strength/SM00047
