have you got enough room at home to do an exercise DVD? I have a rosemary conley one which is pretty good.. it's not the newest one, I think it's the one before that. has 7 days worth of different routines on it, and each one is about 20 mins and has different levels of activity depending how energetic you're feeling (usually "not very" in my case!! :D)

I dont have much space at home but I think I may have to clear the dining room (lets face it, I wont be eating in there now!) and do something there

hiya,
im in a similar position to urself with regards to weight loss wanted.
my advice is to moisturise the areas likely to be affected by loose skin (ie: thighs, buttocks, tummy and upper arm 'bingo wings') with a good toning moisturiser.
also use bio oil on a daily basis, (only a small amount needed) and this will help reduce the risk of nasty looking stretch marks and will also fade any already existing stretch marks.
exercise is an important factor but unless u moisturise on a regular basis u will not escape excess loose skin.
