Toning??

Hi :)

Just a question to anyone who has lost a lot of weight so far and is still on CD or has reached goal and is now maintaining, is there anything you did to help tone the places where you are losing weight?

I have tried going to the gym but feel light headed/sick after just 10-15 mins!

I have been doing 100 sit ups per day since starting (on day 12 now)!

Any advice would be massively helpful!!

Believe it or not ... aqua aerobics is great for toning... so if they do that in your gym id give it a try.. also it wont make you feel as bad as normal aerobics but still has lots of resistance and you can push yourself harder if you like...
