I think a variety of fruit would be better. I new someone who ate a tangerine every time she was peckish between meals (about 8-10 per day), she wasn't losing so the leader suggested she have different things, maybe 2 tangerines, an apple, grapes, strawberry's, kiwi fruit etc just mix it up and the weiit loss started back up again.

plus tangerines are really high in sugar. my mum ate tangerines about 4/5 a day and the doctor suggested she stop as her blood sugar level was too high.
