TOTALLY off the rails

Just undid all the good work of this week over 2 days of gorging. Won't go into details, but it was bad....and lasted a full 2 days. eejit! :sigh:

But I'm not going to moan about it, or feel sorry for myself. Im back to do it properly as of now. Also, got 30 day shred so starting that tomorrow too

Onwards and upwards!

Put it behind you. That was then, and this is now. No good can come of obsessing over it. Go on as though it had never happened.

Keep going!! I came right out of ketosis this weekend. Am now back on it and hoping for epic losses for a Wednesday weight in!!! Good luck! You can do it!!!

2 days is nothing, at least you realised you were doing it and stopped it! Your fixing it now. Ive gone weeks eating badly and not thinking of the consequences which I why Im here now and I guess you too.

The main thing is that your trying now. Keep up the good work! x

Argghhhh why do we do this too ourselves. the guilt when we eat something we shouldnt is soooo bad ... But today is a new day .. Restart and put it behind you ... Good luck getting back on track im sure you can do it ..

Bear in mind that this kind of thing is great as preparation for eventual maintenance! If you can slip or even binge for a day or two and then get right back on track you will keep the weight off, longterm. It's a learning process.
